Can I start my meal plan today?

You can sign up for one of our d’Vour meal plans of your choice at anytime. Just note, your order must be placed by Friday 11:59pm for the coming Monday’s delivery, and by Monday 11:59pm for the coming Thursday’s delivery

How do I select my meals?

To select your meals, click on the “Get Started” tab above. You will be asked to choose a delivery date and then your desired plan (single, duo, or family). From there, you will be prompted to select meals for both Monday’s and Thursday’s delivery dates. Selection is easy. Click the plus sign (+) below each meal’s photo to add it to your basket or the minus sign (-) to remove it. You will be able to review and change your order before checking out.

Can I pause / cancel my subscription at anytime?

A pause or cancellation of your subscription can be made through your Account Settings. Please note that a pause or cancellation of your subscription must be made by Friday 11:59pm before the coming Monday’s delivery, or by Monday 11:59pm before the coming Thursday’s delivery.

Can I get all my meals at once on Monday?

You are able to order all your meals to be delivered on Monday, but be mindful that you can only choose those meals available on the Monday’s menu. Your subscription is designed to deliver freshly prepared meals, in a timely manner, to respect the ‘shelf-life’ of the ingredients being used. That’s why we suggest meals be consumed within 3 – 4 days of delivery; hence splitting your week’s meals into two (2) deliveries.

How are the meals delivered?

Meals are delivered in high-quality reusable, insulated thermal bags containing reusable ice packs to keep the food as cool and fresh as possible. Please refrigerate the meals as soon as possible! Bags and ice packs must be returned to the delivery person on the next delivery date. If you’re not at home, please ensure that they are securely placed outside your door or at your concierge’s desk.

Do you offer vegetarian meals?

Absolutely! We make certain that every season’s menu features several vegetarian meals for our vegetarian customers. You can filter meals by selecting “Vegetarian” from the “Meal Categories” on the “On the Menu” page of our website.

Can I get meals delivered to my office?

Of course! We’re here for your convenience! You can choose any shipping address of your choice. Just make sure you can store it in a refrigerator at work, as soon as possible.

How long can I store my meals?

We suggest all meals are consumed within 3 – 4 days of delivery. To keep meals fresh, ensure that the black containers your meals come in remain well sealed. Meals should be stored in a fridge, which is ideally no higher than 4°C.

Are your meals nut-free?

We understand that nut allergies are a major concern, however, we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross contamination of nuts amongst our prepared meals. We use nuts and seeds in some of our meals in order to enhance flavour and texture.

What time are the meals delivered?

We aim to deliver all orders before 6:00pm on Mondays and Thursdays, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, due to order numbers, traffic, unforeseen circumstances, and the never-ending construction in the city!

How do I warm my meals?

The meals are packaged in 100% BPA-Free, and recyclable, containers that are safe to microwave. Depending on the power of your microwave, we suggest heating your dishes between 1.5 – 2 minutes. You can also choose to warm meals either in the oven or on your stove; don’t forget to remove your meal from its container.

Do I have to log in and choose my meals every week?

Yes. We provide different dishes every week, and throughout the season. You will be prompted ahead of time, via email, to log in to your account and change your order for the following week. Just note, your order must be placed by Friday 11:59pm for the coming Monday’s delivery, and by Monday 11:59pm for the coming Thursday’s delivery.

Be mindful, since d’Vour is a subscription service, if you do not select meals for the coming week, or throughout the month, we will automatically select your week’s menu based on the meal categories from the previous week.

What is the cost of delivery?

D’Vour charges $14.99 per weekly for delivery.
